Job Role:

Develop and monitor an efficient credit control system in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders. Managing risk associated with credit extended to customers. This role will be reporting to Head of Country shared services

Qualification & Experience:

ACCA qualified with 7-8 years of post-qualification experience or similar experience

Excellent communication

Stakeholder management skills

Team Management Experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of trade Receivables and DSO and to perform aging analysis to be shared with the management for decision making in the credit committee meetings

  • To ensure compliance with the global and local policies and SOP’s on credit management

  • Review and Monitoring of Revenue Reporting in line with the applicable accounting standards (IFRS 15)

  • Calculation and review of Provisions of Bad Debts (IFRS 9)

  • Monitor tender sales, review of tender documents, processing of security deposits and bank guarantees.

  • Monitoring of security deposits for timely recoveries

  • Review of monthly of sales, sales returns, provisions for obsolete stocks etc.

  • Monitoring of distributor claim management services for trade and tender business

  • Monitoring of inventory levels

  • Supervise and monitor imports section

  • Overview the Payments made to Government bodies for Sales Taxes, Custom Duties and other Clearing Agents’ related inquiries

  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors as needed while ensuring readiness from O2C Perspective

  • Review the monthly Balance Sheet Schedules
