Product Owner – Karachi –

At the same time, EnterpriseTube empowers customers to Deliver Live and On-Demand Video Streaming to their audience, store and share multimedia content, and perform Video and Audio Analysis using artificial intelligence.

The Product Owner is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will be heavily involved in the preparation, planning and execution of Product Features. This is a critical role that contributes to define and improve the products, enable the development teams, and validate the team deliverables.

Job Description:

1. Define Vision and Product Roadmap with input from Product Manager, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams
2. Breaking down and expanding Product Vision into Epics, Features and User Stories with Definition of Done
3. Prioritizing Epics, Features and User Stories aligned with Business Goals and their Business Impact
4. Work with Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams to provide support to existing customers and as well as new prospects by prioritizing defects or new features
5. Work with Engineering Team to estimate Story Points or LOE using any other method
6. Employ methods to keep track of progress and bring visibility to team’s progress
7. Organize Show n Tell, Perform Reviews and User Acceptance Testing of the Features developed by Engineering Team
8. Write articles about new Features or improvements made in the product for both Business as well as Technical Audience
9. Demonstrate and Evangelize new Product Features/Enhancements to other teams such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
10. Lead team of Product Analysts by setting Standards, Processes and Procedures to do their job
11. Hire and mentor Product Analysts
12. Contribute and Lead various SCRUM ceremonies like SCRUM Planning, Daily SCRUM, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
13. Follow, Implement and Promote Agile Release Train methodology

Required Skills:

1. Ability to understand Product’s Business as well as Technical sides
2. Excellent Decision making, Prioritizing and Negotiation skills
3. Good with Planning and Forecasting
4. Good Technical and Analytical Skills
5. Excellent Writing and Verbal Communication as well as Comprehension
6. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire at all levels
7. Must have worked as Project Manager or Product Owner before
8. Must have used Jira, Azure DevOps or any other ALM for managing backlogs
9. Strong collaboration and team working skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally and across all levels 10. Must have worked in team following SCRUM or other Agile methodology before 11. Ability to influence change and lead by example
